If you have questions leave the fields blank and our staff will assist you on the day of your visit. It is important that you complete your medical history section related to the problem you are experiencing. Please also bring any previous imaging files including x-rays and MRIs of your spine. Frequent questions about medications

Please be sure to STOP the following anti-inflammatory medications 5 days prior to your scheduled injection:

Aleve, Advil, Aspirin (325mg), Baclofen, Bufferin, Caraflam, Daypro, Duracet, Feldene, Ibuprofen, Indocin, Lodine, Mobic, Motrin, Naprosyn, Plaquenil, Pletal, Relafen, Ultracet, Voltaren

You may take the following medications prior to your scheduled injection:

Aspirin (81mg only), Celebrex, Flexeril, Lyrica, Neurotin, Percocet, Skelaxin, Soma, Tramado/Ultram, Typenol or any of its derivates, Valium, Vicodin, Zanaflex

Coumadin must be stopped five (5) days prior to the procedure and Plavix must be stopped seven (7) days prior to the procedure – you must not stop these medications without clearance from  your primary care physician. You must contact the physician for continuation of these medications.

Glucophage/Metformin must be stopped the day before your injection, the day of your injection and one day after your injection – please contact your primary care physician regarding stopping of this medication.
